He has a degree in Law from the National Autonomous University of Mexico.

He has more than 15 years of experience in both the governmental and private sectors.

He has been appointed to several important offices in the legal units of the National Council for Culture and the Arts (today the Ministry of Culture), the Ministry of Public Education and the National Polytechnic Institute (Instituto Politecnico Nacional).

An expert in legislative analysis, he monitors initiatives of law, regulations and public policies that may impact on the activities of our clients, in order to anticipate and propose innovative solutions.

Thanks to his knowledge of public administration, he has a unique vision to advice and support in everything related to government relations, for which his advice has included areas of corporate compliance and corporate governance.
